Best Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1. Flour – 90 gm
2. Dark chocolate – 100 gm
3. Butter – 125 gm
4. Sugar – 200 gm
5. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
6. Eggs – 2
7. Chopped walnuts – 200 gm

Method:

• Melt the chocolate and butter on low heat in the pan, stir until smooth.
• Then take it of off the flame, add sugar, eggs and vanilla essence, mix with spatula.
• Now add flour and mix well.
• Then add chopped walnuts, fold and pour this mixture in 7×7″ greased cake pan.
• Bake in preheated oven on 160ºC for 25 to 30 minutes.
• When it´s done, let it cool down.
• Cut into squares and serve.
