Crispy Pakora Recipe
Dhuli Moong Ki Daal Ke Pakoray: English – Urdu Recipe

- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Potato – 2 (cut in thinly slices)
- Onion – 2 big cut in slices
- Green chilies – 5 – 6 (thinly chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder – 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili – 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
Method:
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients except baking soda in a bowl, mix and make a thick paste with water.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Then add a pinch of baking soda and fry in medium hot oil until crispy and golden.
- Serve with mint or tamarind chutney.
