Crispy Pakora Recipe

Dhuli Moong Ki Daal Ke Pakoray: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour – 1 cup
  2. Potato – 2 (cut in thinly slices)
  3. Onion – 2 big cut in slices
  4. Green chilies – 5 – 6 (thinly chopped)
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder – 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  10. Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp
  11. Crushed red chili – 2 – 2 1/2 tbsp
  12. Baking soda – 1 pinch

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add all ingredients except baking soda in a bowl, mix and make a thick paste with water.
  • Leave for 5 minutes.
  • Then add a pinch of baking soda and fry in medium hot oil until crispy and golden.
  • Serve with mint or tamarind chutney.
